Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Flow State Automation LLC (“Flow State Automation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the website at fsautomation.ai (the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting the contact form, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact / free-demo form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, company name, project type or service area, your preferred contact method, and the contents of your message. You choose what to submit; please do not include sensitive information you do not wish to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically process limited technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and timestamps, primarily in server logs. We also briefly process your IP address to rate-limit form submissions and detect spam or abuse.

Analytics & cookies. We use analytics to understand how the Site is used and to improve it:

  • Vercel Web Analytics & Speed Insights — privacy-friendly, cookieless aggregate traffic and performance metrics; no cookies and no cross-site tracking.
  • Google Analytics 4 and PostHog — measurement and product analytics that set cookies and may record events such as page views and key actions (for example, submitting the contact form). These load only if you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner.

On your first visit a consent banner lets you Accept or Declineanalytics cookies. If you decline — or take no action — Google Analytics and PostHog are not loaded and set no cookies; only the cookieless Vercel analytics run. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Our hosting provider may also set strictly-necessary operational cookies required to serve and secure the Site. Because we honor your consent choice, we do not separately respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

2. How we use information

  • to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you;
  • to evaluate a potential engagement and prepare a free concept or demo;
  • to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site;
  • to prevent spam, fraud, and abuse, and to maintain the security and integrity of the Site; and
  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use the information you submit to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers (sub-processors) who process data on our behalf under contract, including:
    • Vercel — website hosting, content delivery, and cookieless Web Analytics / Speed Insights;
    • Resend — delivery of contact-form submissions to our email inbox;
    • Google (Analytics 4) and PostHog — website and product analytics, used only with your consent.
  • Email and communications providers we use to receive and reply to your message.
  • Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Flow State Automation LLC, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Data retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you, pursue or service a potential engagement, and for our legitimate business and legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it. Automatically-collected log data is retained for a limited period by our providers for security and operational purposes.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including transport encryption (HTTPS), security headers, server-side validation, and spam/abuse controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You submit information at your own risk.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to obtain a copy of it, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights — and ask us to update or delete the information you submitted — by emailing admin@fsautomation.ai. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

U.S. state privacy rights (including California)

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the rights described above, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. As noted, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under those laws. To exercise a right, email admin@fsautomation.ai.

EEA / UK visitors

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing are: your consent (which you may withdraw), our legitimate interests in responding to your inquiry and securing the Site, and compliance with legal obligations. Information is processed in the United States; where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards. You may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact admin@fsautomation.ai and we will delete it.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

9. International users

Flow State Automation LLC is based in the United States, and the Site is operated from and hosted in the United States. By using the Site, you understand your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
